Returns and Changes
If you wish to return a product for any reason, you can do so, within 14 days of the date of receipt, as long as it is in the original condition in which you received it, ie the packaging or the product must not be tampered or used.
You have the right to request the return of the product you received for the following cases:
1. Obtain the product with a defect.
2. We have sent you a different product than you ordered. In this case, the product must not have been unpacked, unused, have all the labels and stickers of the manufacturer. In the above 2 cases, you will not be charged for shipping costs, provided you use the courier company that we will give you.
3. You do not like the product you bought and you want to change it with someone else.
In this case, the product must not have been unpacked, unused, have all the labels and stickers of the manufacturer. You are also charged with the shipping cost of the product from the courier company and it is at your own responsibility. To return part or all of your order please fill out the form.
In the event that the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt or if some of the return conditions are not met, VersionDermaCyprus.com has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them.
Products in the range of children’s milk, baby food and underwear cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the reason for return is due to an error of the company which then the cost is borne by the company) while your money is returned via cash, via your bank account with a bank deposit, while if the payment is made by credit card the amount is refunded there.
